Our Story
Utpadanukul — meaning "product-friendly" or "beneficial produce" in Sanskrit — was founded on a simple belief: the everyday objects in our homes should not cost the earth. We started with a bamboo toothbrush and a question — why is every product in the bathroom made of plastic that lasts 500 years?
Based in Colomiers, France, we work with artisan producers and certified cooperatives across India and Southeast Asia to bring natural-material alternatives to European homes. Every material we use is certified, every supplier is visited, and every product is tested before it reaches you.
We ship across France and the EU in packaging that is 100% plastic-free — recycled kraft paper, water-based inks, and paper tape.

Product enquiries submitted through this site are not binding purchase orders. All orders are confirmed by email following our response to your enquiry. Prices are in EUR and are subject to change. All prices for EU customers include applicable VAT.
Where we describe products as GOTS-certified, EU-certified, or organic, these certifications apply to the raw materials and manufacturing process as verified by our suppliers. Certification documents are available on request.

In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU and French consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from any purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
Notify us of your decision to withdraw by email at moreinfo@utpadanukul.shop within the 14-day period, including your order reference. We will confirm receipt and provide return instructions.
We will refund the full purchase price including original delivery costs within 14 days of receiving the returned items, using the same payment method as the original transaction.
If an item arrives damaged or does not match its description, contact us within 7 days with photographs. We will replace or refund in full at no cost to you.

All orders are shipped in 100% plastic-free packaging — recycled kraft paper, paper tape, and shredded paper void fill. No bubble wrap, no plastic bags, no styrofoam.
Orders are processed within 2 working days. You will receive a dispatch confirmation with tracking information by email. During high-demand periods, processing may take up to 3 working days.
